Junior IT Support Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior IT Support Engineer to join our IT team. In this role, you will be crucial in providing daily support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to daily support requests from employees, including:
- PC/Laptop support
- Telephones/Telephony
- Printers
- Local machine software configuration
End-user account administration (Microsoft AD/AAD – Microsoft 365, including OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange, etc…)
Take part of managing devices via Microsoft Intune
Manage the supply of printer cartridges for all MD locations.
Address L1 incidents and potentially some L2 incidents with support from senior colleagues. (network issues, configure of network device, etc…)
Maintain an inventory of Purcari Wineries Group’s devices.
Create purchase orders for incoming resource requests.
Travel occasionally to other sites in MD, RO, and BG as required.
Maintain the internal IT documentation to the newest state.

Qualifications:

Enthusiastic, energetic, and eager to learn new things.
Strong interest in technology with a desire to expand knowledge and skills in a rapidly growing, innovative technology organization.
Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS.
Understanding of networking basics and network device configuration.
Fluency in English is required, as we are an international team.
