Junior IT Helpdesk Operator (Balti)

Required Skills/Experience:
We seek to recruit a Junior IT Helpdesk Operator, based in Balti, Moldova.
You will be responsible for:
- Helpdesk tasks - level 1
- installing/configuring new computers
- give initial training to new joiners according to our procedures
- maintenance of existing network infrastructure in the office under senior IT supervision
- create meaningful activity reports for day to day operation
- create relevant documentation and HowTo guides
We require:
- fluent written and spoken business English, other languages as an advantage
- open personality with excellent communication skills
- pro-active, result-oriented person with a high level of reliability
- time flexibility, willingness to work during summer holidays (for students)
- willing to go to extended lengths to insure users satisfaction
- eager to learn and an analytical mind
Technical requirements:
- Windows XP/Vista/7 (proficient at user level)
- Lotus Notes/Domino knowledge is a plus and will be considered a valuable point for the hiring process
- basic networking (TCPIP) and wireless knowledge
- able to troubleshoot software/hardware/networking problems
- Windows Server OS knowledge is a plus (troubleshooting basic AD services, DNS, DHCP, etc)
- Linux/BSD knowledge welcomed
