Junior/Graduate Delivery Consultant

Job description
Our client, UK Company providing software solutions and services for large organisations and service providers around the world, is looking for ambitious achievers, with demonstrable enthusiasm for the position of Junior/Graduate Delivery Consultant. As part of solution delivery team, the Consultant will participate to the full process of delivery of major solution implementations to customers.

The Consultant will be provided with abroad structured learning programme. The work will be performed remotely, from the office in Chisinau.

Responsibilities:
• To assist with solution delivery, focusing on business and project requirements
• To undertake all aspects of delivery activity, contributing as part of the wider team as well as being effective at engaging with clients when required
• To work flexibly in small teams and on individual consulting projects
• To play an active role in the development of company collateral and intellectual property
• To report to assigned Delivery Lead
• To report any issues with the software to the development team
• When required, to conduct screen tests based on test scripts produced by the testing team

Qualifications & Experience:
• Educated to degree level, with a strong interest in business and technology
• Excellent English language skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, especially those critical in relationship building
• Strong technical interest and awareness
• Understanding of project delivery lifecycle
• Ability to think creatively
• Committed to task
• Strength of character to challenge the norm and take a new approach
• Readily takes personal responsibility and ownership to deliver results
• Excellence in written communication and verbal presentation
• Establishing credibility rapidly with clients and internally.
