Junior Brand Manager

Education: Economical studies, preferably with a degree in marketing
Experience: Completed projects in marketing related fields, extracurricular activities etc.
Experience in similar position in FMCG Company would be considered a big advantage
Language: Fluent Romanian and Russian, at least intermediate English
Computer skills: MS Office, basic knowledge design principles

Competences:
Marketing and Brand Management capabilities and aptitudes
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Best practices of FMCG marketing acquaintance
Enthusiastic, flexible and reliable
Team player

Responsibilities:
Manage agencies to deliver outstanding results both in ATL and BTL fields
Realize annual Brand Action Plan related and not limited to:
- New Product Development
- Holistic advertising campaigns
- Research analysis and initiations
- Development and supervision of Consumer promotion activities
- Development and management of Events.
