HR-Consulting (www.search4staff.com) on behalf of its client, an international company, is looking for candidates to fill the position of:
Junior Accountant / Accountant
The company:
A well-known multinational company (FMCG sector), one of the world leaders on its market
Responsibilities:
•Make accurate and regular records of company’s transactions, properly collect and timely process primary documents, complying with local legislation requirements as well as international reporting requirements.
•Timely register and process suppliers invoices, prepare respective payment documents to ensure timely payments to the supplier.
•Contribute to effective cash flow management to ensure adequate and timely financing of the activities. Timely execute bank and cash transactions, credit and currency environment control.
•Verify accuracy and process travel expense reports, prepare financial documents for travel expenses reimbursement, calculate applicable taxes on travel expenses incurred in order to comply with company policies and local legislation requirements.
•Contribute to the organization budget development to support business growth and maximize return on investment.
•Contribute to annual records review and support the process of ongoing records management, assist in collection company document.
Qualifications & Experience:
•Higher education: University
•Minimum 1-2 years of experience (preferably in Finance)
•Good knowledge of the local statutory accounting requirements & local tax legislation
•Computer skills, proficient user of PS Software (MS Office), 1C accounting software would be a plus
•English, Russian – at least at intermediate level
•Strong Analytical skills
•Attention to details
•Priority Setting, Customer Focus, Action Oriented, Learning on the Fly
