Java server engineer

A UK-based social casino company is hiring in Moldova. After developing and publishing a number of successful Facebook & mobile multiplayer poker games we are looking to strengthen our development team by hiring a server engineer.

The ideal candidate has:
* Ability to build low-latency, highly scalable, highly available distributed server systems in Java
* Good understanding of RDBMSes and SQL
* Good understanding of the operation of servlet containers and web servers, and of multi-threaded programming
* Familiarity with Linux command line tools and system metrics; experience using JVM profiling tools
* Experience with Amazon Web Services
* Knowledge of multiplayer infrastructure tools like SmartFox Server
* Knowledge of version control systems
