Java Senior Developer

Senior Java Full-Stack Developer (Remote)

We are looking for a Senior Java Full-Stack Developer to join our remote team. You’ll be working in a fully Extreme Programming (XP) environment, which means that remote pair programming, test-driven development (TDD), and continuous integration are part of your daily work.

What You’ll Do:
- Build full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.
- Work in remote pairs with other developers every day.
- Use TDD to write clean, well-tested code.
- Help design, build, and improve microservices and cloud-based systems.
- Take part in the entire development cycle: from design to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product, design, and DevOps teams.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of Java development experience (Spring Boot is a must).
- 4+ years of frontend development with React.
- Strong experience with remote pairing and working in agile/XP teams (must-have).
- Experience with TDD and testing tools like JUnit, Mockito, Jasmine, Selenium.
- Experience with microservices architecture and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins is a plus).
- Solid understanding of functional programming and Java Streams.
- BSc in Computer Science or similar field.
- Good English communication skills.

Nice to Have:
- Experience with Kotlin.
- Experience in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and monitoring solutions.
