Java lead developer (start from 2000 - 2500 e.u.)

Optimum is looking for a Java Lead Developer for a long term cooperation.
You will develop and improve a trading platform for our customer. The general task is to automate business processes.

Requirements:
3 + years of professional experience developing multi-threaded and distributed server-side code in Java.
Solid experience building scalable, distributed, high-volume, high-availability low-latency systems.
Excellent Java programming skills.
Excellent application design skills.
Strong algorithmic understanding and knows how to scale and distribute algorithms and systems.
Familiarity with modern commercial software development: unit tests, code reviews, secure and clean code.
Great communication skills (verbal and written English).
Lead a team to continue to design and develop software based on Java
Perform code reviews and keep the source code under control in Git.
Strong Git skills is a must
Deploy applications on linux environments.
Experience with CI, Deployment Automation.
Candidate should provide his code examples on github or bitbucket etc.
Has permission to visit European countries (Business trips)
Previous experience with large projects.
The candidate will also need to be prepared to help mid-level developers and have the ability to lead a network of developers around the world.
Important: Candidate is not planning to move to another country during at least in 2 years.
Highly Desirable:
Experience with machine learning, evolutionary algorithms.
Experience with AWS or similar systems.
Knowledge of and an appreciation for open source projects, design patterns, and enterprise architecture patterns.
Comfortable and productive in a fast-paced startup environment; previous startup experience would be very helpful.
