Our partner in one of the most important projects is a well known Switzerland perfumery producer, with a business model that relies very much on a highly developed IT infrastructure. Our focus together will be to ensure performance, quality and security aspects while delivering a product that offers an awesome user experience.

Overview of your role inside our team:

- In collaboration with the Project Managers, you will be in close relationship with the architectures from our client and with other developers, and in the same time you will be connected with the technical leads to ensure great software design and quality.
- You will point out issues with the existing architectures and codes on different projects, followed by offering help in order to clean it up.
- You will drive innovation by coming up with new ideas to constantly improve the products and processes.
- Involvement in commercial proposals and continue evaluation of coworkers will also be included.

Cerinte:

Technical requirements:
- 5 to 10 years (or more) in a professional Java development role, with an excellent understanding of J2EE;
- Deep architectural understanding of Java web applications and application servers;
- Good knowledge of modern technologies like Spring, Hibernate, JSF, SQL or others;
- Knowledge of Open Source libraries, tools and frameworks, e.g. for logging, wiring, testing, building;
- Experience with agile software development methodologies like XP and Scrum.

Non-technical requirements:
- Superior and innovative problem-solving skills;
- Initiative and the ability to work both independently and in a team;
- Good communication skills;
- Excitement for the latest trends in application design & interest to learn more about new languages and frameworks;
- English knowledge.
