I.C.S. Petrom-Moldova S.A. is looking for a full time position of IT&BPD Manager. The purpose of the position is to assure service activities focusing the following areas: client and server (hardware and software),
networking and telecommunication, printers, handhelds, cabling, fax, business specific applications and IT Projects.
Main responsibilities:
• Application of IT strategy and compliance with the Company standard for fulfilling the present and future needs of information.
• Regular analysis of the needs for information processing and planning the necessary IT resources.
• Provision of systems and devices, needed by the users.
• Ensuring faultless 24-hour server operation and respectively, 7 days a week operation.
• Ensuring the functionality of the necessary Backup systems.
• Ensuring timely distribution, respectively, data transfer and systematization for the users.
• Providing the users with the required hardware.
• Setting up, modification and servicing the local work systems, including their associated service and organization programs in compliance with the Company standard.
• Planning, installation and analysis of the communication with several local systems, respectively among them, and with central and external systems.
• Ensuring faultless operation of the telephone system.
• Ensuring the functionality of the necessary security systems.
• Providing the users with the required systems and devices.
• IT Project planning
• Coordinating project related activities within the company
• Analysis and development of business cases.
• Responsible organization, control and servicing the data connections with external partners in compliance with the data security standard of the Company.
The ideal candidate should have the following profile:
• Educational requirements: university degree (IT);
• Work experience: at least 3 years at a similar position;
• Administrative level Windows (all);
• Familiarity with maintenance of servers;
• Networking and security – recognized certification (i.e. CCNA, CCNP, IPS) preferably;
• Microsoft domain and tools management – Active directory, Exchange, MS SQL Server, WSUS;
• Linux or BSD – preferably;
• Virtualization – VMWare ESXi;
• Business Application – 1C;
• Antivirus, backup, monitoring, logging solutions.
• Process analytical skills (transfer business processes into IT system processes);
• Experience in carry out of complex IT projects;
• SLA determination;
• Budgeting knowledge;
• Fluency in Romanian and English;
• Self-motivated;
• Ability to work under pressure and tight time constraints.
