IT System Administrator for Windows OS

*Responsibilities
*IT support for our customers in Germany and Romania using remote tools (support in troubleshooting, configuring OS Windows XP and different applications, handling issues, checking connectivity issues, user and rights management in an Active Directory Infrastructure, installing applications)
*documenting incidents/problems, forward them in case they could not be solved to the specialized groups
*incident management
*single point of contact in all IT related issues
*Cerinte:
*Knowledge & Experience
*good knowledge of Windows XP and other operating systems
*basic knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, protocols) & server systems
*basic knowledge of Active Directory Infrastructure
*knowledge of MS Office (operating Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access)
*experience in IT area and Customer Services is a plus
*Abilities
*Authentic desire to grow as a specialist in a prestigious IT company
*Very good knowledge of German language is mandatory
*English is a plus
*Problem solving oriented
*Good ability to handle pressure
