IT System Administrator - First Level Support

Descrierea postului:
•IT support for our customers in Germany and Romania using remote tools (support in troubleshooting, configuring OS Windows XP and different applications, handling issues, checking connectivity issues, user and rights management in an Active Directory Infrastructure, installing applications)
• documenting incidents/problems, forward them in case they could not be solved to the specialized groups
• incident management
• single point of contact in all IT related issues
Cerinte:
• very good knowledge of German language is mandatory; English is a plus
• good knowledge of Windows XP and other operating systems
• basic knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, protocols) & server systems
• basic knowledge of Active Directory Infrastructure
• knowledge of MS Office (operating Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access)
• experience in IT area and Customer Services is a plus
