IT Support Specialist
Join our team as the go-to person for all things IT! You'll keep our systems running smoothly, support our team across multiple locations, and work hands-on with Microsoft enterprise tools.
What You'll Do:
User & Access Management
Manage user accounts in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Microsoft Defender
Configure security policies and guide users through 2FA setup
Technical Support
Troubleshoot everyday issues (connectivity, software, hardware)
Support office staff, remote workers, and US-based colleagues
Communicate with external vendors and service providers
Infrastructure & Hardware
Set up and maintain VPN tunnels and network equipment (Cisco MX, switches)
Perform hardware upgrades, Windows reinstalls, and routine maintenance
Manage cable organization and maintain a tidy IT environment
Track and maintain IT equipment inventory
What We're Looking For:
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, and Defender
Basic networking knowledge (VPN, firewalls, switches)
Solid troubleshooting skills
Strong English skills (B2+) — able to communicate fluently with native English speakers, including US-based team members and external contacts
A proactive, organized problem-solver
What We Offer:
$900/month starting salary + $100 performance bonus
