IT Service Delivery Manager

Main Responsibilities:
# Supports and facilitates the planning and testing strategy as well as the execution of services with respect to the agreed scope, budget and expected stakeholders timeline
# Insures quality/cost expectations
# Resources planning and organization
# Service or process improvements
# Team sizing (including recruiting), organization adjustments
# Review of SLAs related to contracted services
# Ensures proper communication between client managers and local team leads

Requirements:
# University degree in Information Technologies/Mathematics/Cybernetics or similar. Master degree would be an advantage
# Experience in IT in general and testing in particular is highly desirable
# Proven experience of working in a Service Management capacity (at least 3 years)
# Proficiency in written and spoken English language. Intermediate level of French would be an advantage
# Excellent communication skills
# Solid people management skills
