REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a researcher
Experience in using various resources, websites, etc., for candidate sourcing
Experience in writing job descriptions
Good communication skills, responsibility, and creativity in finding suitable candidates
Be result-oriented
Upper intermediate level of English (both written and spoken)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Quick candidate sourcing for various vacancies from different platforms
Primary communication
Close cooperation with recruiter
Planning the search strategy and ensuring a constant flow of candidates
Entry of candidates into our internal database
Providing feedback to the team and candidates at all stages of the process
