JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Own project planning, timelines, scope, and delivery across tech initiatives
Lead and inspire cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, UX, Biz) in Agile environments
Proactively manage risks, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
Ensure high-quality deliverables through testing, documentation, and governance
Optimize delivery practices and champion continuous improvement
Apply data-driven decision-making, design thinking, and UI/UX best practices

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

3+ years in IT project/delivery management, ideally in software or tech-driven environments
Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, and traditional PM methodologies
Proficient with tools like JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, and Excel
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Basic technical understanding (e.g., development processes, APIs, system architecture)
Familiarity with design thinking, UI/UX principles, and data validation (A/B testing, etc.)
