IT project manager

IT Company XAIRO is looking for a Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organization and management of processes within the company's projects
- Interaction with the team (developers, designers, QA)
- Setting tasks for the team and monitoring their implementation
- Communication with clients
- Creation and maintenance of project documentation
- Managing budgets and project deadlines
- Effective distribution of available resources for each project
- Reporting and delivery of projects on time

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in IT project management
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Good written and oral communication skills
- High level of responsibility, strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail, self-organization and independence
- Proficiency in Russian, Romanian and English
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and multitasking
