IDEAL CANDIDATES:
• Familiar with one of the operating systems (Linux, UNIX, NT/2000) and mainstream database (Oracle, Informix, Sybase, SQL Server)
• Better to understanding protocols, such as CCS7, TCP/IP, routers and switch product-Diagnosing and localizing issues using logical analysis techniques
• Good ability to thinking.
• Understanding the commercial environment whilst focusing on technical issues.
• Working across cultural and organizational boundaries, and operate successfully in an intense business environment.
• Working with customers, internal business unit organizations, and third party vendors.
• Team work spirit.
• Performing job functions to standards under pressure of tense/confrontational situations
• Ability to remain calm and courteous with demanding/difficult customers and/or situations.
• Ability to provide concise and clear, written and verbal reports.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience working in telecom industry.
• Ability to interact with diverse customers in a multi-cultural environment Desire for success and challenge
RESPONSIBILITY:
• Engineering support
• Supervising project engineering processes, including kick-off meeting, hardware and software supervision, acceptance test.
• Onsite support for site surveys, installation or commissioning when necessary.
• Interface with engineering partner to locate technical problems that may arise during the engineering process Maintenance support.
• Responsible for SLM and TLM technical support service to customer or partner independently or jointly with a technical support team.
• On site support in case of major or critical problems that can’t be solved by customer or local subcontractor according to SLA.
• Responsible for handling technical cases on ticket system and keep tracking these problems during the whole resolving process.
