Job description:
Participates in business analysis activities for new product or new modules, also for implementation projects.
The main responsibility is to gather, detail, and document requirements in a format that is appropriate to the technical developers.
Provide the process, questions, and techniques to efficiently extract the information needed from the Business Users for successful development and implementation of projects.
Writes the analysis documentation in the format requested by the project.
Participates in the design phase of the user interface.
Training for users (including all documents and data package necessary for training).
Monitoring, track and validate solutions for defects (in collaboration with the testing department).

Requirements:
At least 1 years experience in business analysis, implementation and consultancy;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, (Microsoft Projects it's a plus);
Professional approach, excellent communications skills;
Good knowledge of English and Romanian languages is considered a must;
Experience regarding the design of the system's users interfaces;
Client custom oriented is a plus
