IT ADMINISTRATOR (manufacturing)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensures availability of IT infrastructure to all areas of the company (from grounds up)
• Provide technical support for configuration, installation, problem isolation, and problem solution.
• Troubleshoot, evaluate and diagnose problems from file servers to network electronics to PC workstations and printers
• Operational knowledge of Systems or Domain Administration to include creating, deleting, and customizing users’ accounts, queues, workgroups and stations, troubleshooting, and resolving problems using the relevant software; managing and maintain servers and subsystems, ensuring minimal downtime
• Ability to install off-the-shelf and customized software.
• Provide technical support to include monitoring government servers, switches, and routers for alerts
• Identify and troubleshoot issues and problems before they adversely affect end-user and maintain servers and services

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in installing and maintaining personal computer, peripheral devices, servers, routers, frame relay, preferably in the industry production
• Minimum of 2 years or more experience as PC tech/desktop support required, preferably in the industry production
• Bachelor or any other relevant degree in IT, Cybernetics
• English- min. Intermediate, Romanian, Russian- advanced
• Creative, proactive, quick learner
