International Sector Manager

European Management Solutions is looking for an International Sector Manager.

European Management Solutions specializes in the recruitment of international experts worldwide. We work for consultancy firms, bilateral and multi-lateral donors.

We currently employ six people in our Moldovan office. To strengthen our activities further, we are looking for an International Sector Manager.

The person would be based in our office in Chisinau and should be available full time.

Main responsibilities include:
- Conducting searches (including database/internet search)
- Identifying suitable candidates according to the project description
- Negotiating with experts (by e-mail and phone)
- Preparing and adjusting the CVs to the proper format

General qualifications required:
- University degree
- Excellent English, both spoken and written is a must
- Good computer literacy (MS Office, internet searching)
- Knowledge of French, Spanish or Portuguese would be an advantage
