International sales executive

We are looking for an International Sales Director in Saudi Arabia. In this impactful role, you will be responsible for local business development and sales.



The Role
What you will do Understand the local competitive landscape and market trends. Build teams based on the company's needs. Develop and execute business relationships, explore the local market, and implement sales programs to achieve the company's business goal. Establish and improve the overseas business operation and performance management system.
Contacting companies and persuading them to use services.
End-to-end management of each customer (manufacturers and distributors).
Customer account management - to help their accounts get the maximum buyers and maintain good relations with them.


Requirements
4 years or more of overseas sales experience, including more than 3 years of team management experience. Familiar with the AI or Emerging technologies and be able to observe local and national trends in the market. Familiar with the operations of international AI or Emtech projects.
Has experience of independently and successfully driving and managing $2 million level projects.
Fluent English.
Good understanding of technology, or an open mind for fast learning.
Capable to rapidly establish harmonious relations with customers and team members.
Experience in consultative selling or account management is a plus.

Candidates who have no experience but have a good attitude will also be considered.
Good at customer service.
Experience in international corporations or marketing agency is preferred.
Previous experience with full-time remote work is a plus.


Compensation

Basic salary €1,750 + Performance Bonus + 5% commission of sales

Working from home, followed by commuting to KSA.
Flexible hours – you choose when and for how many hours you work as long as you keep to the monthly/weekly requirements (54 working hours per week, no less than 9 hours per working day except Friday).
Professional level experience with innovative technologies, web/internet companies, and work on a global level.
