Insurance customer service representative

Fidelity Amerisurance, California-based multi-line insurance brokerage is hiring Customer Service Representatives for its Kishinev, Moldova office.

Responsibilities:
- Answer phones
- assist clients in making changes to their insurance policies
- quote insurance policies using web-based software applications
- maintain client files electronically
- process requests in accordance with established procedures
- learn insurance principles, customer support procedures, software, etc.

Requirements:
- able and willing to work at a night shift 19:00 – 02:00, 5 working day week
- responsible and accurate in working process
- strong level of English (both verbal and written)
- computer literate, user skills with PC, Internet, software application
- customer service oriented
- insurance career minded
- interested in long-term employment
- enjoy working in dynamic changing environment
- university degree nor required but a big plus
