Instrumentation Engineer

MOD Engineering, a multidisciplinary international engineering company based in Chișinău, is looking for an Instrumentation Engineer to join our team.
You will work on diverse and challenging projects in the field of:
Plant Design including oil and gas processing skids, pulp & paper systems, combustion plants.
What you'll do:

Develop P&ID diagrams for the piping engineering industry.
Selection of piping instruments (pneumatic, electrical and electronic types) to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
Produces technical documents and guides for customers and instrumentation selection, in accordance with applicable directives, codes and standards.
Research new technological solutions to develop and apply existing products, improving their functionality, construction, appearance and costs.
Creating primary hook-up sketches for instrumentation and system integration in piping designs.

What we're looking for:

Education: Higher technical education
Experience: 0-2 years junior, 2-5 years medium, +5 senior.
Skills: General 3D/2D modeling and software design knowledge (AutoCAD)
Knowledge: Familiar with technical documentation standards. Knowledge of measurement instrumentation: concepts of accuracy, precision. Organizational skills and ability to plan working hours.
Languages: English (minimum B1 level), Romanian, and/or Russian. Italian is a plus.
