Infrastructure service delivery manager

Location: Bedfont (Hounslow, London, UK)
Duration: 12 Months
Salary: 6000 euro


Skills required:

· 8 to 10 years in handling infrastructure service delivery manager role

· Able to push-back and take client view even if this is in conflict with the employer and other service providers

· Run change management process for infrastructure changes

· Responsible for Infrastructure CAB

· Good knowledge of infrastructure and all aspects including but not exclusively, understanding band width, storage capacity, server administration, routers servers, versions, cloud, etc.

· Able to work alone, take decisions, implement processes as well as working as a team member

· Have a confident manner demonstrating expertise

· Availability – 24x7x365


Basically – Candidate needs to know Infra services breadth and have knowledge to be able to manage Infra services vendor and provide assurance on Service. del. And SAP knowledge is required – just sufficient from SAP – Basis perspective – that is ability to understand Infra change impact from SAP view point.
