Import/export manager

IMPORT/EXPORT MANAGER
General Description:
A bicycle painting facility is now looking for an Import/export manager for a full-time job.
As Import/export manager you will play a key role in assisting the production team with supply chain, export procedure, follow up of the inventory and data entry related tasks

Core responsibilities:
- monitor the stock levels and place orders (once a month or upon request)
- check import documents and organize import procedure (once a month or upon request)
- take inventory on regular basis (monthly and on request)
- prepare the export documentation (weekly in the nearest future, twice a month currently)
- keep track of production recipes and timings (continuously)
- insert, update and maintain accurate data on computer systems and archives (daily, continuously)
- generate necessary reports to management team (regular and upon request)
- assist the production team in planning and organizing the production processes (continuously)

The time of Import/export manager would be divided between the office, production areas and outside the factory. To be the key contact person for the suppliers, customs officers, broker, transport companies and other bodies related to its activity.

Education and work requirements:
• Proven material management experience;
• Proven data entry working experience, typing speed and accuracy;
• Romanian fluent;
• English advanced to fluent;
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly advanced in Excel;
• Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
• Driving license, personal car is an advantage
