Internet Access and Training Program
Title: IATP Centre Administrator
Reports to: IATP Country Coordinator
Position location: Comrat, Moldova
Position is opened for all Moldavian citizens and completely depends on donor.
SUMMARY OF POSITION:

IREX seeks a qualified professional to assist in the management of the Internet Access and Training Program (IATP) in Moldova. The position will be based in Comrat, Moldova.
Qualifications:
o High level of computer and Internet literacy (Windows OS, MS Office applications), familiarity with web development technologies;
o Windows network administration skills (desired);
o Teaching experience (desired);
o Fluent Romanian and Russian, basic English;
o Excellent communication skills;
o Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
o Professional demeanor.
The Trainer will perform the following services:
1. Supervise daily work of Comrat IATP Centre and offer necessary assistance to IATP users;
2. To write down the trainigs' visitors and Internet users; to watch expedient use of the equipment and other resources offered by IATP;
3. To spend all trainings offered by IATP and to organize different seminars and practical courses focused on IATP's purposes with participation of local and international experts;
4. To promote the popularization of the Internet-resources and to develop, in every possible way, the web-content on a national language;
5. Maintain network and PCs at the Comrat IATP centre, offer recommendations when purchasing hardware and software;
6. Collect and systematize IATP user information, success stories and other statistics requested by IREX;
7. Assist Country Coordinator in preparation of monthly reporting.
8. Develop training materials and curricula, Internet resources and local language online communities;
9. Coordinate local institutions to establish on-line presence, including websites, electronic publications, databases, archives and electronic mailing lists, success stories, publicity;
10. Collaborate with partner organization and organize joint actions to achieve the potential sustainability in the future
11. Attend and participate at IATP staff conferences, electronic mailing lists and other meetings - as requested by IREX;
12. Other duties as assigned.
