- Elaborating HR documents and keeping records of personnel transactions such as employment, promotions, performance reviews, terminations, etc
- Entering data into the database or HR system for maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with payroll, absence recording, and holiday recording systems
Requirements:
- University degree
- Knowledge of Romanian, English and Russian
- PC proficiency (MS Office)
- Attention to details and good organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and good judgment
