HR specialist

European Management Solutions is looking for a candidate to fill in the position of HR Specialist focused on recruitment/ head-hunting.
We are a fast growing company with 50 highly motivated colleagues offering a wide range of services to international consultancy and IT companies.


Requirements:

- Work experience related to HR / Recruitment / Head Hunting
- The ability to find and persuade top level talent
- Excellent communication skills in Romanian and Russian.
- Good knowledge of English is a plus.
- Experience working in IT recruitment or International Consultancy is a plus.


Responsibilities:

- Search for suitable candidates through various sourcing methods (i.e. networking, job boards, direct head hunting, external referrals etc.)
