ArtDock is looking for an HR Specialist to join our team
Location: Chișinău (on-site)
Employment type: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Want to be part of a team creating original game worlds? At ArtDock, we’re looking for someone who can help us find and retain great talent, build efficient processes, and support a friendly and creative atmosphere in the studio.
What you’ll do:
Manage the full recruitment cycle: from posting vacancies to onboarding
Maintain and improve HR processes such as adaptation, evaluation, and training
Organize internal communications and team events
Keep HR records and internal documentation up to date
Serve as a bridge between the team and management
What we’re looking for:
At least 1 year of experience in HR (experience in gamedev is a plus)
Ability to work with a variety of roles and understand team needs
Strong communication skills, empathy, and initiative
Confident in both Russian and Romanian (English is a plus)
Understanding of basic HR metrics and hiring principles
