Main responsibilities:
Manage employees documentation flow (orders, contracts, addendums, etc.)& all related processes
Manage timesheets of the company’s departments
Responsible of Safety&health at work
Revision&update of the company’s procedures
Revision&Update of the employees job descriptions
Participate in company’s events organized for employees
Requirements:
Experience in the similar position for a 1 year
High school diploma in the administrative or juridical domain
Romanian, russian – fluent, english - intermediate
Advanced user of Microsoft Pachage
Good mastering of time management&setting priorities
Person with passion for ongoing learning in the domain through new experiences
