Company HR-Consulting (www.search4staff.com) on behalf of its client is looking for candidates for the position:
HR Specialist and legal issues
Company:
A large international company.
The main task - to participate in the implementation of projects on management of personnel, promotion of corporate culture, employee development; overseeing all legal aspects of the company and compliance with applicable laws / corporate procedures / safety.
Responsibilities:
-Participation in the budget planning staff (training, incentives), administrative costs, and monitor the implementation of the budget;
-Conduct initial interview with the hiring of personnel;
-Implementation of the administrative procurement staff;
-The implementation of the necessary measures to protect the safety and fire safety, according to the law;
-Regular monitoring of changes in legislation and ensuring compliance of the company with the current legislation. Timely information to management about the possible risks of a legal nature in the company;
-Implementation of communication with any persons, businesses and organizations on legal issues for which there is no responsible person. Participation (if necessary) in negotiations with suppliers on the legal aspects;
-Implementation of communication with lawyers from the company's headquarters;
-Composing and sending an e-mail greeting texts and birthday greetings to employees of the company, as well as other information regarding personnel (eg, organizational announcements, etc..).
requirements:
- Experience in a similar position 2-3 years;
- Degree in Law;
- Knowledge of civil rights and labor laws RM;
- Russian, Romanian- native, English-fluent;
- Fluency in PC (MS Office, Excel);
- Skill monitoring and information processing, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills.
