Candidate's profile:
Essential - Written and verbal communications skills
Essential - A degree in relevant subject – Human Resources, Sociology, Economics
Essential - Minimum experience of 5 years in Human Resources field
Essential - English and Romanian Advanced;
Essential - Legal knowledge
- HR manufacture orientation
Part of the job description:
- Is coordinating the HR processes: training, personnel administration, recruiting & hiring;
- Offers correct and updated information based on relevant subjects for production growth estimation, personnel replacement, personnel submission and personnel transition;
- Estimates the absenteeism and controls its evolution;
- Estimates and controls the turnover and creates specific reports for management;
- Estimates, controls and arguments the overtime, creating specific reports;
- Is creating together with Administrative Director and is implementing the HR master plan for one working year, involving the big picture for recruitment: best selection methods, departments headcount, production headcount, methods and procedures, hiring processes, training, evaluation and retention;
- Develops and implements retention strategies, according to the company’s vision, mission and core values;
- Is implementing the communication strategy between HR and production
- Is developing and implementing the strategy, politics and procedures of HR, according to the company politics;
