HR Manager

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Knowledge of HR and recruitment procedures will be an advantage
- Excellent command of English, Romanian and Russian, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good client handling skills
- Communicative

Responsibilities:
- Offer support services in HR for our clients (Recruitment support, HR Administration support)
- Interface with clients to help them in their HR needs
- Draft and post job advertisements in all relevant media
- Maintain active networking and database search
- Comply with all client and Accenture Data Security and Quality requirements
- Evaluate candidates and monitor recruitment procedures (interviews, reference checks, testing)
