HR MANAGER
Job summary: a result driven and customer service oriented HR Manager, that will be leading the HR department with 3 employees directly subordinated.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Will be responsible in maintaining, improving, bring new ideas to the HR department processes
• Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors
• Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management
• Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements, job descriptions
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in HR Management at least 3 years, preferably international company, with more than 200 employees
• Romanian, Russian- advanced, English – advanced
• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Human Resources, or other relevant studies
• Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills
• Open minded, PC literate, energetic and motivated individual
