HR Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Managerto lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring that our workforce is engaged, motivated, and aligned with our company values.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment process of drivers, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance to managers and employees.
Maintain employee records and HR metrics to inform decision-making.
Collaborate with leadership to develop workforce planning strategies.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 00:00.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR is appreciated.
High proficiency in English, Romanian and Russian
Strong knowledge of HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions effectively.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
