Our client, an international, family – oriented business group which produces technically advanced high- quality wires and harnesses for automotive for over 70 years is looking for a result driven HR Manager.

HR MANAGER (the enterprise is based in Balti)

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Counsel and advice for the company’s management board on all topics of Moldovan’s labor law
• Securing a complaint and timely payroll administration together with the HR team
• Responsible for all HR topics concerning existing Moldovan’s site ( company)
• Participation in the ramp up project for the second production site ( planned for over 800 employees)
• Implementation of group processes concerning training and personnel development in Moldova
• Will manage a small HR team ( 3-10 employees)

Job Requirements:
• Fluency in English
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience (preferably lawyer or HR manager) international experience is an advantage
• Relevant university degree (law, business administration or similar)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Compelling and assertive personality
• Open mindedness, international orientation, willing to learn and advance
• Willing to relocate if it is necessary to Balti
