HR-Consulting company (www.search4staff.com) on behalf of its Client, an international FMCG company, one of leading companies in its domain on international level, is seeking candidates for the position of:

HR Manager

Position Purpose:

The position is part of the local Management team and holds full responsibility for all HR, Training & Development, Administrative and Car Fleet activities to ensure their proper functioning.

Main responsibilities:

* Translate the Company strategies into local plans and initiatives, ensuring all HR activities are in line with corporate policies & guidelines and supports competitiveness in the local market;
* Lead and develop local HR team, ensuring optimal structure & resources, appropriate skill-set and succession plans are in place;
* Provide local line management with high quality support in: Organizational management, Talent recruitment, retention & development, Succession management;
* Ensure that local Compensation & Benefits strategies are in line with established Company principles and maintain Company’s competitiveness in the local labor market;
* Together with local management team foster appropriate organizational climate and effective internal communication process to optimize individual and team performance;
* Develop and implement HR policies & procedures within the framework of company values and HR strategies. Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of local HR policies & procedures to ensure that they reflect local market practices, support delivery of business objectives and meet compliance requirements;
* Manage Administration service efficiently to ensure optimal support to the organization. Ensure cost efficient and quality oriented management of services like cafeteria, car fleet, cleaning services and security;
* Provide information and feedback to corporate HR to assist in shaping global HR initiatives.

Requirements:

* University degree in Social Sciences/Economics or related fields;
* At least 3 years of HR management experience in an international company. Cross-functional experience (specially sales/ marketing) would be beneficial;
* Knowledge of Succession Management and Talent Development principles, Recruitment & Assessment techniques, Labour, Payroll & Fiscal Legislation knowledge, Compensation & Benefits management;
* Excellent communication (written & oral), leadership and interpersonal skills, Analytical & problem solving skills;
* Fluency in Romanian and English; Russian proficiency would be an advantage;
* Experienced user of MS Office standard applications (Excel, Word, Power Point), SAP HR system experience would be beneficial.
