Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
Building a strong employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Onboarding and supporting new employees during their adaptation period.
Managing internal HR processes: performance reviews, feedback cycles, employee development.
Monitoring employee engagement and contributing to a motivating work environment.
Supporting department managers with HR-related matters.
Managing internal communications and participating in corporate initiatives.
Preparing reports for management (recruitment metrics, onboarding, turnover, engagement).
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in HR.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting.
Previous experience in an international environment or outstaffing is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build trustful relationships.
Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
Languages: Romanian and Russian — required; English — B2 level.
Confident PC user: Office/Google Workspace, HR platforms, ATS.
