Due to expansion, we are launching a new office in Chisinau and we’re looking for a HR-Generalist.


Main Responsibilities:
- Maintaining database and recruitment reports;
- Identifying Client needs and sourcing Candidates according to this need;
- Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing Candidates before and after interviews;
- Leading the full cycle recruitment process until the end of trial period and tracking of the candidate after it;
- Organization of teambuilding events and other HR-activity;
- Taking the administrator part of the office work.
Required skills:
- Working experience in IT;
- Strong communication skills;
- Good understanding of IT specifics and market;
- Experience with executive search: both passive and active;
- Desire and ability to work as a team player;
- Fluent written and spoken Romanian;
- Intermediate English;
- Good Russian would be a plus.
