Hr assistant

CRC Car Hauling Company is a leading provider of car hauling services, dedicated to delivering excellence in transportation solutions. With a commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, we are looking for a talented HR Assistant to join our team.

Position: HR Assistant
Position Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR executives
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Work shift 16-00 till midnight (Monday-Friday)

Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR domain is an advantage
- Knowledge of HR functions is an advantage (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excels etc
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Great level in English, Romanian & Russian languages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others
