FMCG company announces an opening for Human Resources and Administration Executive (1 vacancy).
Accountabilities:
• Ensure implementation of all required human resources administration procedures;
• Monitor and analyze compensation and benefits practices;
• Take an active part in the recruitment process;
• Ensure implementation of training and development activities for employees;
• Ensure thorough budgeting process, including periodic budget review, needs assessment and forecasting;
• Office management;
• Logistical support in planning and organizing of business meetings, trainings and other business activities;
• Responsible for all arrangements related to employees’ business travels.
Requirements:
• Completed Higher Education;
• Confident User of the main MS Office applications;
• English (upper-intermediate level), Russian (fluent), Romanian (fluent);
• Basic knowledge of the Moldovan labor legislation and financial analysis;
• Experience in administrative support and human resources area;
• Experience in project planning, coordination and general supervision;
• Confident user of basic office equipment (fax, copier, printers, etc.);
• Previous experience in an international or credible local company.
Competencies required:
Well-organized person with excellent communication and analytical skills;
