Your HR Admin main responsibilities are:
- Recruitment Management; Advertising open positions in job portals (e.g. www.rabota.md) as needed. Filtering resumes according to defined position criteria sorting requirements. Conducting first level interviews. Arranging 2nd tier interviews and testing as applicable. Providing candidate follow-up information (including refusal notices if applicable).
- New Hire Co-ordination- Liaise with management for job postings. Conduct new hire meetings and be first point of contact for enquiries. Input new hires onto the company systems system, and process new hire paperwork (liaising with BPO accountants regarding related statutory compliance of new hires).
- Terminations- Facilitate termination with exit interviews, process termination paperwork and liaise with BPO compliance support as appropriate, liaise with appropriate PIC to terminate IT network access where appropriate.
- Employee Relations and Performance Management- Advise line managers, where appropriate, on HR policies and procedures. Assist line managers with disciplinary and grievance issues as necessary, including coordination of the administration for grievances and disciplinary actions including written correspondence and scheduling meetings and tracking of disciplinary and grievance related outcomes where appropriate.
- Assist HR coverage from an on-going operational perspective with redundancies (including actively co-ordinating redundancy schedules) and consulting with employees and line managers regarding scheduling related issues.
- Performance Evaluation Process - Assist with data verification, co-ordinating with line managers and Senior management as appropriate, Produce regular (Bi-Monthly) status reports regarding performance evaluations issued by QC monitors/managers. Help to chase delinquent QC input data in order to ensure timely tracking to completion and follow up Monthly overall evaluation Bi-Monthly reports.
Reporting and Metrics- Responsible for HR data audits (new hire, compensation, etc). Liaise with appropriate management for data updates or corrections. Assist in creation of basic ad-hoc / headcount reporting.
- Payroll- Regularly liason with senior and line management for any monthly compensation changes or requirements, ensuring notification of any changes within cutoff deadline. Producing and processing payroll memos for additional payments, sign-ons, etc
- General Requests and Inquiries; The position requires the successful management of competing projects and day-to-day deliverables and prioritize accordingly with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Acceptable IT skills - PowerPoint, Excel, Word - spreadsheet knowledge is essential.
Other Requirements:
- English, Russian (and preferred Romanian because of expansion plans);
- Flexible schedule;
- Need to have well developed organizational skills;
