Responsibilities
• Management of incoming calls
• Analysis and processing of demands
• Monitoring and documentation of problem solving activities
• Configuration and remote control of product/service (typically software)
• Providing information about the customers status and technical support

Requirements
• German language - advanced level, English or Italian - medium/advanced
• Advanced PC user
• Strong organizational and control skills, rapid problem solving, results orientation, effectiveness in interpersonal relationships and the ability to listen, attention to detail
