Health and Safety Specialist

Company:
A large international company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Monitoring the implementation of the H&S policy to ensure that all works are conversant with existing legal requirements;
•Identify and assess the risk and danger zones according to company’s policy;
•Monitoring, control and coordinate the training & induction process at the company level according to the professional development procedure;
•Develop specific instructions and H&S training content for company’s employees;
•Continually review the implementation of the company integrated management system/ procedures and amends/improves as required appropriate to company`s needs

QUALIFICATIONS:
•Fluency in Romanian,Russian, English- upper intermediate;
•Experience in H&S in international company- 3-4 years;
•Successfully implementation of H&S and Environment Protection strategies;
•Excellent problem solving and analytical skills;
