Job position in Almaty, Kazakhstan
Requirements:

Bachelor degree in agriculture, business, marketing or equivalent related subject or equivalent experience.
Comprehensive understanding of how value chains play their roles in business and the interactions between players.
Significant knowledge of sales and marketing practices.
Computer literate.
Experience of working within the agricultural industry, including practical knowledge of farm management solutions.
Proven experience in marketing & sales.
B2B sales experience, business solution development working with complex business structures to build strategic relationships.
Experience in delivering results in a cross functional team by managing complex projects including relationship with other partners.
Experience in strategy and business planning & implementation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent influencing, persuasion and negotiation skills.
Customer focused.
Strengths in building and maintaining strong relationships, to influence and gain support.
Self-starter, highly motivated, with a passion for business but moderated by concern for impact.
Strategic thinking & analytical skills.

Work purpose:
Seeds development- Work planning and coordination of Agronomic Services team in regions
- Products life cycle, Oil Seed Rape and Winter Wheat
- Identification of new products and placing them to the market and growing area
- Long term program planning of trials for winter rape pre-registration and commercial portfolio, spring rape and winter wheat
- Long term planning and sowing of Demo trials and Demo Strip trials (winter rape, spring rape and winter wheat)
