HR-Consulting is a recruitment agency with more than 19 years in business. We are currently looking for a highly professional candidate to fulfill the position of the Head of Regional Office (Moldova)
Company Overview: w ell known international company within the Home Appliances and Consumers Electronics, GSM & IT products market.
HEAD OF REGIONAL OFFICE (MOLDOVA)
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Regional office business administration
• Team couching, conducts on-going trainings to subordinates
• Market development and monitoring of new competitor’s solutions
• Establishing excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Post sale service (involved in the vindication process, maintaining existing customers)
• Achievement of the agreed/given Internal Audit Performance
• Team member recruitment and training
Job Requirements:
• Education: higher – Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably in Engineering, Electronics.
• Previous experience in Electronics, GSM, Consumers Electronics- top positions- at least 5-7 years
• Very strong MS Office knowledge, especially MS Excel
• Romanian, Russian, English- advanced
• Good command of sales and negotiation skills
• Self- developer, leadership skills, efficient work organization and time management.
• Ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment
• Driving license : B and personal vehicle
