HR-Consulting company (www.search4staff.com) on behalf of its client, a private international hospital, is seeking candidates for the following open position:
Head of Patient Relations Department
Job Summary:
The holder of this job will be responsible for a wide range of administrative services pertaining to patients / visitors
Main responsibilities:
* Organizing the activity of reception and distributing efficiently the work force among its areas: call center, registration and cash desk
* Training receptionists in regard with customer service standards
* Controlling the quality of offered services: correctness of information provided to patients, data introduced in database, solutions found to customers’ needs
* Reporting
Requirements:
* Experience in managing teams
* University degree (medical education would be a great advantage, but not obligatory)
* Previous experience in customer service
* Excellent communication and problem solving skills
* Responsibility, flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of Romanian, Russian and English
* PC proficiency (MS Office)
