Head of logistics / contract execution department

Company:
International agro-industrial holding; agro-product processing, manufacture, export-import operations. Site: c.Chisinau, Moldova, Republic of

Position summary:
Contract Execution Head are the key person in controlling and executing contracts, customer escalations and contract changes/updates, with will result best possible cost control. To develop, lead and manage all activities related to commercial contracts.

Number of subordinates: 4-6 employees

Essential Job Functions:

Work organization in the department, coordination of tasks execution and trade department
Weakly matching of data on open and completed contracts with the Financial and Commercial Departments
Preparation and setting in the record system for open contracts, and enforcement of completion of the contracts
Reports for insurance of product
Reports to calculate the company\'s financial results ( weekly revaluation of inventory balances, reports on the ships, reports on the purchase of goods, the average price, and other reports for analysis and calculation of key financial indicators)
Organization of the inspection of elevators for surveyors
Participation in the preparation of presentation and various projects of the company
Work with the Risk Department to confirm the contractors and the risks associated with that
Cooperation with database developers (improvement of MIS and upgrades )

Minimum job requirements:
Experience in the agricultural sector - at least 5years
Experience in support of trade contracts (control of grain purchasing)
Knowledge of economics and legal aspects of the trade and contracts
Knowledge of MIS/or equivalent /and other systems
Higher education - Economic/Legal must
English at list intermediate high
Strong leadership skills and experience.
Credible and confident communicator (written and verbal) at all levels
First class presentation skills
Gravitas, with the ability to build strong external relationships to enhance and strengthen the company’s profile
Expert negotiating and influencing skills
Ability to prioritize, demonstrating first class organizational skills and time management skills.
Ability to communicate with software developers (setting of technical tasks)
Ability to work collaboratively with others to provide a high quality service
Ability to influence at a senior level, both internally and externally
