Head of Global Market Intelligence Department

Job Description:
The position will refer to the Head of GMI; be located in Chisinau, Moldova and assist in data-gathering & analysis tasks-both qualitative and quantitative.
Functions: identify, at the global or regional level, patterns and trends within: Import/export data; macro-level economic commodity & crop acreage data; financial & accounting data; global regulatory legislation. Based on the data analysis, provide to managment qualitative reports and summaries , illustrating the main highlights and trends.
Relevant university backgrounds could be: agronomy, business/finance, macro-economics, statistics, international relations…etc… .

Requirements:
-You have an MA/MSc. degree from preferably a Romanian or other EU/American University.
-English fluency: Both oral and written
-Mastery of Microsoft Office Pack (especially Excel)
-Minimum 2 years work experience with global or regional data analysis, from private or financial sector.
-Excellent presentation skills (e.g. power-point)
-Fluency in another EU language would be an advantage, as would experience of having lived/worked abroad.
